1. State Shipping Restrictions

Due to state-specific regulations, certain restrictions apply to the sale and shipment of vaping and CBD-related products. If your state does not appear in the shipping dropdown during checkout, we are not currently shipping to that state while we review compliance requirements.

🚫 Total Vape Ban – No Shipments Allowed

We are unable to process or ship orders to the following states and localities due to full vape bans:

  • Georgia
  • Louisiana
  • Maine
  • Massachusetts
  • New Hampshire
  • Oregon
  • South Dakota
  • Utah
  • Vermont
  • Chicago, IL

🔒 Flavor Ban – Limited Shipping Allowed

We only ship hardware and plain tobacco flavor e-liquids to the following locations:

2. Order Cancellations Due to Regulation

  • If your order includes items prohibited in your shipping destination, we will:
    • Remove restricted items and ship the remainder of the order, or
    • Cancel the entire order and issue a full refund.
  • This policy is in place to ensure legal compliance with state and local laws.

3. PACT Act Compliance

Effective March 27, 2021, the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act requires:

  • Collection of state and local excise taxes
  • Adult Signature (21+) required on all deliveries
  • Compliance with packaging, labeling, and record-keeping
  • Registration and reporting with state and federal authorities

All orders placed with us are subject to these compliance regulations.

4. California Orders – STAKE Act Compliance

Under California’s STAKE Act, the following applies:

  • We are required to contact California customers via automated phone call after 5:00 PM PST to confirm each order.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes within California.
  • Orders must ship to the verified billing address on file.
  • Restricted items (e.g., flavored products) will be removed or the order canceled in accordance with California law.

5. Sales Tax Collection

Sales tax is collected for select states based on the ship-to address. Key details:

  • Tax is automatically calculated at checkout.
  • In some jurisdictions, sales tax may apply to shipping charges.
  • These taxes are mandated by state and local government regulations.
