By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy. This policy is designed to provide clarity on how returns, missing items, and delivery issues are handled.


1. Quality Check & Return Eligibility

Eligibility Window

We offer a 10-day quality check period from the date of delivery. During this time, defective products may be returned for exchange or store credit.

Conditions Not Covered

The following are not covered under our return policy:

  • Misuse or abuse of the product
  • Water damage
  • Unauthorized modification
  • Accidental damage

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return or store credit:

  • The item must be defective and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
  • You must email the following to contact@10dollarvapes.com
    • A clear photo of the defective product
    • A photo of the original shipping package and label
    • A photo of the invoice included in your shipment

2. Missing or Incorrect Items

Reporting Window

All claims for missing or incorrect items must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

What to Send

Please email contact@10dollarvapes.com with:

  • A photo of all items received
  • A photo of the shipping label and packaging
  • A copy/photo of the order invoice

Our Commitment

  • Missing Items: We will promptly reship the missing items at no additional shipping cost.
  • Incorrect Items: We may provide return postage and will ensure you receive the correct products with no additional charges.

3. Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
  • No refunds, reshipments, or store credit will be issued for such cases.

You are advised to:

  • Check with household members or neighbors
  • Contact the carrier directly to file a missing package claim

4. Non-Deliverable or Returned to Sender

If your package is returned to us as:

  • Undeliverable
  • Returned to Sender

We will:

  • Refund the cost of the product only, once the package is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
