By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms in this Return & Refund Policy. Due to product safety regulations and the nature of disposable vape products, all sales are final once shipped.
1. All Sales Final — No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after an order has been shipped or delivered.
- No returns for opened or unopened items
- No refunds due to preference (flavor, device type, etc.)
- No exchanges for any reason
2. Refunds Only for Orders Canceled Before Dispatch
You may request a refund only if the order has not been dispatched yet.
Once your order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it becomes non-refundable.
To request cancellation before dispatch:
- Email us immediately at contact@10dollarvapes.com
- Include your order number and the word “Cancel” in the subject line
If the order has already shipped, no refund will be issued.
3. Defective or Malfunctioning Items
All disposable vapes are sealed and sourced directly from manufacturers. If a device is defective, please contact the manufacturer for warranty assistance.
We do not provide replacements, refunds, or store credit for defective devices.
4. Missing or Incorrect Items
If your package contains missing or incorrect items, you must email us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email contact@10dollarvapes.com with:
- A photo of all items received
- A photo of the package + shipping label
- A copy/photo of the order invoice
Claims sent after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
5. Packages Marked Delivered but Not Received
- If a carrier marks your order as “Delivered,” we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
- No refunds or reshipments are provided for orders marked as delivered.
Please file a claim directly with the carrier.
6. Non-Deliverable / Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Wrong address
- Incomplete address
- Unclaimed or refused delivery
We will refund only the product cost once the package is received. Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
