Shipping & Handling Policy

This Shipping & Handling Policy (“Policy”) governs all orders placed through 10 Dollar Vape, operated by 10 Dollar Vape Shop LLC (also referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms herein, and to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, shipment, and use of our products.
1. Order Processing & Tracking
Order Fulfillment
- Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. During peak demand or promotional periods, processing may take up to 72 hours.
- Once your order is processed, a tracking email will be sent.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates only and do not include weekends or federal holidays.
- These estimates are not guaranteed delivery deadlines.
Two-Step Shipping
- Some locations (especially in the Midwest or Eastern U.S.) may involve a two-step shipping process due to logistical or compliance requirements. Any such information will be displayed at checkout.
2. Shipping Coverage & Restrictions
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available.
Restricted Jurisdictions
- Orders to regions with vape product restrictions may be canceled or altered at our discretion.
- It is your responsibility to confirm product legality in your region.
3. Adult Signature Requirement
Federal Compliance
- In accordance with federal law, all orders containing vape or nicotine products require an Adult Signature (21+) at delivery.
- A valid, government-issued ID is mandatory upon delivery.
Additional Charges
- An $7 Adult Signature Fee will apply to all qualifying orders.
- No shipments to P.O. Boxes; a valid physical address is required.
4. Shipping Timelines
Processing
- Standard processing time: 24–72 business hours.
- During high-volume periods: up to 5 business days.

All timelines are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

- Closed on major U.S. federal holidays
5. Returns, Undeliverable & Refused Shipments
Incorrect Addresses
- Orders returned due to address errors are not our responsibility.
- Refunds may exclude shipping costs.
Adult Signature Failures
- Shipments returned due to failure to obtain adult signature may incur a $14 restocking fee.
- Reshipment is not guaranteed and will incur additional fees if approved.
6. Carrier Delays & Lost Packages
- Once a package leaves our facility, the carrier assumes responsibility.
- For packages not moving for over 48 hours, contact the carrier directly.
- For packages marked as “Delivered” but not received, you must file a claim with the carrier.
We are not liable for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
7. Vape Product Shipping Restrictions
7.1 Disposable Vapes
Banned or heavily restricted in:
- California (various regions, incl. flavored bans)
- Maine (no shipments allowed)
- Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island
- San Francisco, CA
7.2 Flavored Products
Restrictions exist in:
- California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington D.C., Chicago (IL), San Francisco (CA)
7.3 Non-Flavored Products
Some states restrict all vape products, including:
- Arkansas, Maine, Oregon, Utah, Vermont
- Anchorage, AK and various localities
We make every effort to restrict shipping but you are responsible for checking local laws before ordering.
7.4 California Orders
- Under California’s STAKE Act, customers will receive a confirmation call after 5:00 PM PST.
- Orders must be shipped to the verified billing address.
- Restricted items will be removed.
8. Legal Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Use & Compliance
- All products must be used as intended and in compliance with applicable laws.
- We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or legal issues resulting from misuse or illegal possession.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 10 Dollar Vape and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from:
- Your use/misuse of our products
- Violation of applicable laws
- Breach of this policy
No Warranty
- Products are sold “as-is” with no guarantees beyond those provided by manufacturers.
- Our maximum liability will not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
